Ето точно! Кажется, когда экспериментировали с первой ядерной реакцией, была там некоторая ненулевая вероятность, что остановить ее будет невозможно. Решили, что слишком маленькая вероятность, можно не принимать в расчет. Ничего, обошлось... :-)
